By accessing Mining Insider, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Information service
Mining Insider organizes and summarizes mining, critical-minerals, permitting, safety, project, company, policy, and market information from identified sources. The service helps readers discover and understand source records more efficiently.
3. Not professional or investment advice
Content is provided for general informational and research purposes. It is not investment, legal, engineering, environmental, safety, accounting, or other professional advice. Review the original source and consult qualified professionals before making operational, regulatory, or financial decisions.
4. Source accuracy and AI-assisted content
We aim to link material statements to original or clearly identified sources. Source documents may change, contain errors, or be interpreted differently. Some summaries and scripts are produced with AI assistance and editorial review. They may still omit context or contain mistakes. The original filing, agency record, or publication controls.
5. Permitted use
